We have a wealth of experience within our Claims Team and in a wide variety of classes. Our intent is to provide an effective and responsive claims service which respects the intent behind the original policy. The Claims Team works closely at every stage with our underwriters to ensure a consistent approach. The notification and handling of claims is complemented by the use of approved experts including loss adjusters, lawyers and third party administrators. We are committed to fulfilling our duties to co-insurers and other stakeholders, and seeking the prompt resolution of all claims.
