Kevin Wilkins

Kevin Wilkins was appointed a Director in January 1997, following the merger of the business of M H Cockell & Partners and Atrium Underwriters Limited.  He started his career at Lloyd’s in 1979, joining Syndicate 570 in February 1986 and becoming a Partner in M H Cockell & Partners in January 1987. He became Deputy Underwriter of Syndicate 570 in 1989 and Active Underwriter with effect from 1 January 2005. He is a Director of Atrium Underwriting plc.

Andrew Winyard started his career at Lloyd's in January 1986 with Syndicate 570. He is now the Deputy Underwriter of Syndicate 570 but specialises in casualty business. He is also the syndicate’s reinsurance manager and a member of the underwriting management committee.

Simon Anthony has worked in the Lloyd's market since 1980, joining Syndicate 570 in September 1998 as a Class Underwriter specialising in worldwide professional indemnity business.

Peter Laidlaw ACII

Peter Laidlaw started his career in Lloyd’s in 1993 as an Underwriting Assistant with Syndicate 570, moving into the Accident & Health Team in 1999. He is now responsible for underwriting the Accident & Health and Kidnap & Ransom portfolios.

David Le Grys

David Le Grys started his career in Lloyd’s in 1971 with Syndicate 10. In 1993 he joined Syndicate 47 and in 1998 moved to Syndicate 570 where he is responsible for underwriting the USA and International Professional Liability account. He is a member of P.L.U.S. (Professional Liability Underwriting Society) and spends a major part of his time developing new products and coverage enhancements.

John Monsell
Direct Property,Contingency and Casualty Underwriter
 
John Monsell began his career in 1976 as a property and professional indemnity broker with Hartley Cooper Limited. In 1979, he moved to Winchester Bowring Limited and specialised in placing treaty reinsurances. He joined Syndicate 570 in 1983 and was made a deputy underwriter in 1989. He was a partner in M H Cockell and Partners between 1986 and 1999. His main areas of underwriting are UK & international property and special risks.

Wesley Butcher ACII
Assistant Underwriter
 
Wesley started his career in 1999 with Willis before joining Syndicate 570 in July 2000 working as an Underwriting / Reinsurance Assistant on the Casualty Reinsurance account.

Kevin started his career on the Lloyd's Graduate Training Scheme and joined Syndicate 570 as an Underwriting Assistant in 2000.  Kevin is currently the Assistant Underwriter for the North American Property and Casualty Direct Account.

Jason began his career in Lloyds in 1998. He moved to Syndicate 570 in 2002 working on the PA and Kidnap and Ransom account where he is now Assistant Underwriter for this class.

Kelly Taylor BA(Hons), ACII

Kelly began her career in 1996 as an underwriting assistant at Syndicate 570.  In 1998 she started working on the Property Reinsurance Account and is now Assistant Underwriter for this class.
