ERGs are employee-led communities, open to everyone, that bring together individuals with shared identities, experiences, or interests. These groups create space for dialogue, support professional development, and help shape our policies and culture.

A space for LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies to connect, raise awareness, and support inclusion across all areas of the business.

Women at Atrium

Promoting gender equity through mentoring, leadership development, and open dialogue about the challenges and opportunities facing women in insurance.

The network hosts quarterly events offering talks and education on specific tailor-made female topics, as well as inspiring women by sharing stories and showcasing strong female role models, to help develop our female talent pool.
